Choosing a bathroom vanity or cabinet

Some models include an integrated basin; others are sold as a vanity unit only and require a separate basin. This is specified clearly on each product listing. If you're buying the basin separately, our team can advise on compatible basin styles and sizes for each vanity.

Our bathroom vanity range is available in matte white, natural oak, dark oak and charcoal finishes depending on the model. The specific finish options are listed on each product page. Our team can also advise on which finishes work best with your existing bathroom tiles and fixtures.

Yes, all bathroom furniture in our range is designed for bathroom environments and uses moisture-resistant board, treated finishes and appropriate hardware. That said, adequate ventilation is important in any bathroom; prolonged steam build-up will affect any furniture over time regardless of construction.

Standard bathroom vanity height is 85–90cm, which is slightly taller than older standard heights and more comfortable for most adults. Wall-hung vanities can be installed at any height, which is one of their main advantages, particularly useful in households where users have different height preferences.

Most of our LED mirrors include a touch sensor for on/off and brightness control. Some models also offer colour temperature adjustment, switching between warm and cool light, which is useful for applying makeup or shaving in accurate light. Specific functions are listed on each product page.

LED mirrors are hardwired directly to your bathroom's electrical circuit, they're not plug-in. Installation should be carried out by a licensed electrician. Most LED mirrors come with a wall-mounting bracket and are straightforward to hang once the wiring is in place.

As a guide, your bathroom mirror should be no wider than your vanity, typically 10–20cm narrower on each side. For a single basin vanity of 90cm, a mirror of 70–75cm works well. For a 150cm double vanity, a wider mirror of 120–130cm or two individual mirrors side by side are both good options.
