Shipping & Delivery

Every European Lifestyle order is delivered by our premium two-person service. Your furniture is brought into your home and the room of your choice, unpacked, assembled, and the packaging is taken away. You do not need to lift, build or clear anything. We deliver across Australia, with delivery handled by Winning Services, our trusted premium delivery partner.

Our premium delivery service

Premium delivery is included as standard on every order. There is no basic or kerbside option to choose between, and no service to add at checkout. Every customer receives the full service:

  • Delivery to your room of choice. Our team carries your furniture into your home and places it in the room you choose, not just to your front door.
  • Unpacking. Each item is carefully unpacked so you can check it on the spot.
  • Assembly. Where an item requires assembly, our team assembles it for you.
  • Rubbish removal. All packaging and materials are removed and taken away for recycling, leaving your space clean and ready to enjoy.
How delivery works
  1. Order placed. Once your order is confirmed, it is prepared for dispatch from our warehouse.
  2. Dispatch notification. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will let you know by email.
  3. Booking your delivery. Our delivery partner will contact you directly to arrange a delivery date and time that suits you. Because premium furniture is moved by a dedicated two-person service, live online tracking is not available, but you will always be contacted to schedule a time.
  4. Delivery day. Our team brings your order into your room of choice, unpacks it, assembles it where needed, and removes the packaging.
Delivery timeframes

Delivery times depend on the item and your location.

  • In-stock items are dispatched from our warehouse within a few business days of your order.
  • Items with a longer lead time are noted on the product page, and we will keep you updated on the expected dispatch date.
  • Regional and remote areas may take longer than metropolitan deliveries.

If your order contains several items with different lead times, we will be in touch to confirm how you would like these delivered.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location. Any applicable charge is shown clearly before you pay. From time to time we offer free delivery over a set order value, which will be displayed in your cart.

Before your delivery

A little preparation helps your delivery go smoothly.

  • Measure your access. Please make sure your furniture will fit through all entry points, including doorways, hallways, staircases, lifts and the door of the room itself. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure items can be safely brought into the home.
  • Clear the space. Please make sure the area where the furniture will go, and the path to it, is clear so our team can work safely.
  • Plan for larger pieces. Delivery to your room of choice may not be possible where an item cannot be safely lifted or carried through doorways, stairwells or lifts. If our team cannot safely complete the delivery, they will place the item in the nearest safe and accessible location.

On delivery day
  • Someone aged 18 or over must be present to receive the delivery.
  • Please inspect your items at the time of delivery. If anything is damaged or not as expected, let our team know and contact us at hello@europeanlifestyle.com.au with photographs as soon as possible.
  • A signature may be required to confirm your delivery.

Missed deliveries and rescheduling
  • If you need to change your delivery date, please let our delivery partner know as early as possible.
  • If no one is available to receive the delivery at the agreed time and no prior notice has been given, a further delivery fee may apply to rebook.
Apartments and access

If you live in an apartment or a building with shared access, please let us know in advance of any requirements, such as booking a lift, loading dock or specific delivery window. This helps us plan your delivery and avoid delays.

Where we deliver

We deliver across Australia. Delivery to regional and remote areas is available and may involve a longer timeframe and additional cost, which will be shown at checkout or confirmed before dispatch.
